Delta CFO will jump in to assist in the completion of these functions on a full time, part time, or crunch time basis. These outsourced services include the following:

Business Management and Technical Support is primarily comprised of the functions executed by a Delta CFO. The Delta CFO will provide the financial leadership, have the business knowledge and technical skills as well as the executive presence to become an immediate partner with the commercial side of the business. Typically his skills include:
- leadership/mentoring of the financial operations staff
- accounting policy/procedures and internal control infrastructure
- sophisticated and analytical reporting skills, on both a historical and forward looking basis and regulatory reporting for SEC registrants eg. ADVs, 10Ks, Focus and the annual X17a-5.
- enhanced communications with all of the firm's constituiencies, such as investors, bankers, regulators, auditors.
- negotiations of contracts, financing requirements, loan covenants, leases, vendors, etc.
- firm governance matters and organizational equity structures.
- financial and tax technical matters like SOX, Patriot Act, SFAS 157 valuations, 1120s, 1065s, K1s, etc.
Strategy and Consulting
The Strategy and Consulting Group generally focus on finance related matters but not necessarily matters directly related the finance process. Their typical assignments are related to the following:
- internal project management
- business planning and preparation of the plan and budget.
- exit strategy and liquidation.
- process reviews and reengineering
- internal control reviews and testing
- compliance policies and procedures
- due diligence related to M&A activity
- financial modeling
